Bridget has been coaching competitive gymnastics since 1980. Further, she is co-owner and director of Lake Erie Gymnastics. Her vast experience incorporates preschool through tumbling and gymnastics.
As a gymnast Liz competed for Lake Erie Gymnastics as a level 10 and went on to compete for The Ohio State University. While competing at Ohio State, she was a three time member of the All Big Ten Team and was Team Captain her senior year.
She began her coaching career in 2005 and started coaching at Lake Erie Gymnastics in 2013. During her career she has had the privilege to coach a number of State, Regional, and National Champions. Her main goals as a coach are to teach the values of hard work and dedication as well as build self-confidence in her athletes so they can be successful in all aspects of life.
Kasey Eichele started gymnastics at age 2 and was a highly competitive gymnast for 14 years and competitive cheerleader for 4 years. She graduated from Chardon High School in 2014. Kasey has been coaching all age classes and teams for tumbling, gymnastics and cheerleading since 2012. Currently she is a gymnastics judge, apart of the National Association of Women’s Gymnastics Judges (NAWGJ). Kasey is also on the board of Ohio High School athletic association (OHSAA) representing gymnastics. In addition, she is our North East district gymnastics representative. Proudly 1 of 3 (NE) district representatives . Kasey started coaching the Chardon High School Gymnastics team in 2014 and continues coaching as head coach for (CHS) as well as coaching all levels here at Lake Erie Gymnastics School. Kasey has lead great success in her coaching. She has successfully coached a numbers of sectional, district, state and national champions as well as winning several titles in her competitive gymnastics and cheerleading careers. Kasey has a phenomenal coaching personality and she strives in building a fun positive atmosphere for everyone while forming hard working athletes. She believes gymnastics is more than a sport. Kasey strives to help individuals and her teams to understand, learn and apply the important factors of gymnastics to life. She enforces following directions, discipline, toughness, balance, determination, consistency, nutritional values, respect, dedication, friendship, teamwork, and self-confidence! Kasey has dedicated her life to the sport of gymnastics and holds multiple coaching & safety certifications and is continually working on further qualifications. Outside of athletics Kasey enjoys spending time with her family and friends, the beaches of North Carolina and of course her English Bulldog Diesel.
Jessica competed in competitive club gymnastics for 10 years and was a member of Mentor's 3rd place state team from 2002-2004. After helping coach the Dublin Coffman High School team, while living in Columbus, OH she decided she wanted to bring her coaching talents to her hometown High School teams. Jessica began helping with the Varsity Program at Lake Erie Gymnastics in 2012. Her athletes have had much success at the state and district tournaments and she looks forward to watching the program continue to grow!
Kelsey Kolesar is 23 years old and graduated from the University of Mount Union studying Integrated Media and Marketing. Kelsey has a passion for athletics as she comes from an athletic family. Kelsey was involved in many sports as a kid such as gymnastics, dance, cheerleading, basketball, volleyball, and soccer. Kelsey's love for gymnastics came early to her at a very younge age, just 18 months old. Kelsey's Mother Jan Kolesar was a phenomenal competitive gymnast and cheerleader herself as well as a current coach here at LEGS whom has guided Kelsey to become a successful passsionte coach. In Kelsey's past she had made a difficult choice reitring her competitive gymnastics career to play basketball while cheering for the Mentor High School football team, where she cheer 4 years on the state field with her teammates. Kelsey also cheered competitively for Lake Erie Ultimate for many years. Kelsey enjoys to perform, tumble, and stunt- competing has always been in her blood. Kelsey Kolesar's amazing cheerleading talents took her to cheerlead in college for the University of Mount Union. Kelsey is excited and eager to help build a positive environment as well as further her coaching abilities here at Lake Erie Gymnastics School!
